We have entered into an agreement with Expericon Construction Inc. Expericon has over 40 years of experience in commercial and residential construction. The agreement allows for the use of local sub-contractors and SFBACC member donations and volunteers where possible.
In addition to the progress made in relation to the contractor, the SFBACC has received confirmation from Everything Ice, the vendor for the ice making equipment, that all components have completed production and are ready to be scheduled for installation.
Lastly, in coordination with Coffman Engineers structural engineering firm, the SFBACC will submit to the City of Oakland the required final design schematics to receive the building permit.
