Thank you for your support of SFBACC’s effort to build a dedicated curling facility in California! The funds pledged below will only be collected once we’ve raised enough in donations and pledge commitments to successfully complete our project. Pledges can be made in the form of a donation, loan*, or gift of stock.
*Loan Terms: $5,000 minimum. The annual rate of interest shall be five percent (5%). Interest shall accrue monthly based on the outstanding principal balance of the loan on the final day of each month. Interest shall be due and payable on the anniversary of the Effective Date each year. Interest shall not be added to the outstanding principal balance. The loan period shall be five years, and SFBACC shall have the option to extend the term for an additional two year period.
Repayment of Principal: SFBACC’s Board of Directors may designate funds to be used to repay outstanding loan principal on this loan and other similarly situated loans. Designated funds shall first be used to pay interest due to all creditors. If designated funds remain after paying interest, they shall be distributed to creditors in accordance with each creditor’s pro rata share of all loans to SFBACC. SFBACC shall repay all outstanding principal balance upon the expiration of the loan period.
