March 2019 Progress Report

Construction is starting to pick up this month. We officially signed our contract with Expericon as our general contractor and they’ve taken the reigns.

Progress

  • Internal sprinkler install is complete
  • Seismic upgrades are in progress
  • Old ceiling insulation has been pulled down for replacement
  • Trenches to run the electrical from the new transformer have been dug
  • Electrical switch gear has been ordered and should arrive in a few weeks
  • Plumbing and HVAC contractors are lined up

    • What’s next? Here’s the rough timeline for April and May.

    April

  • Complete sesimic work
  • Run plumbing for bathrooms, floor drain, utility sinks, etc
  • Framing for ice house walls
  • Insulation
  • Drywall
  • Concrete pad for chiller
  • Fencing

    • May

  • Replace storefront
  • HVAC
  • Lighting
  • Connect sprinkler standpipe to city water line
